I am a multi-media artist whose work weaves together psyche, myth, memory, archetypal symbolism, and the poetics of the inner world. Through a practice I call abstract narrative art, I create layered visual landscapes that map the psyche’s hidden terrain. My work is both intimate and mythic, evoking the language of dreams, memory, and imagination.

Rooted in the idea of art as psyche made visible, my work explores how image, symbol, and abstraction can serve as a cartography of the soul—a way of giving form to what is often felt but unseen. Drawing on painting, mixed-media, and experimental mark-making, I create portals into inner landscapes that invite reflection, recognition, and dialogue between self and world.

In keeping with my own personal artistic practice I facilitate workshops that guide others in their own creative explorations of the unconscious, using art as a transformative practice of self-care.

My previous professional experiences include writing, career development and adult education with a healthy dose of entrepreneurship thrown in. I have owned and operated a handful of successful businesses from consulting to retail and interior design.

A native Californian, I now live among beautiful oak groves and golden rolling hills. I am a daughter, wife, and mother; often imperfectly, and often all at the same time!

Wanting to understand myself and others better, I was drawn to study Jungian and Archetypal psychology with an emphasis in creativity. Each of these fields have allowed me to follow my passion to the intersection of art, the unconscious, dreams and spirituality. My deep curiosity around self knowledge continues as I study and grow both on my own and through collaborative projects. Educational experience includes a BA in Psychology, MA in Depth Psychology and Creativity, and certifications in Dreamwork, Jungian Life Coaching, and Applied Mythology.
