A native Californian, I now live among beautiful oak groves and golden rolling hills. I am a daughter, wife, and mother; often imperfectly, and often all at the same time! I am familiar with the challenges of caring for a growing family at the same time as the caring for aging parents. I am a mother of 3 now-adult children (mistakes were made kids, but they were made with love), and have been married for over 30 years to the same amazing guy. 

Wanting to understand myself and others better, I was drawn to study psychology with an emphasis in Jungian and Archetypal psychology and creativity. Each of these fields have allowed me to follow my passion to the intersection of art, story, the unconscious, dreams and spirituality. My deep curiosity around self knowledge continues as I study and grow both on my own and through collaborative experiences. Educational experience includes a BA in Psychology, MA in Depth Psychology and Creativity, and certifications in Dreamwork, Jungian Life Coaching, and Applied Mythology.

Dreams are truly a hotline to the unconscious; they offer a tantalizing trail of breadcrumbs if only we can figure out how to follow them before they disappear! I’ve been working with dreams in one form or another for as long as I can remember. I have over 25 years of experience helping others explore the meaning and impact of their dream images. 

I’ve been a multiple medium artist for over 30 years, exploring image and storytelling through visual artwork and written creative practices.

My previous professional experiences include writing, career development and adult education with a healthy dose of entrepreneurship thrown in. I have owned and operated a handful of successful businesses from consulting to retail and interior design.
